About KPCMSF

Kerala Private College Ministerial Staff Federation (KPCMSF) brings together the clerks, superintendents, librarians and office staff who keep more than 600 aided colleges in Kerala running. For over two decades the federation has stood for fair service conditions, timely promotions and the dignity of the ministerial service.

We work through a democratic three-tier structure — college units, district committees and the State Committee — so that every member's voice reaches the table where decisions are made.
